An approach geared towards customer satisfaction

CSR CommitedOur action in sustainable development is above all an approach guided by permanent listening to customers. In 2008, we integrated eco-design as a development method for our customers, thus completing our ISO 9001 (from 1996) and ISO 140001 (from 1998) certifications.

In this logic of taking into account all its stakeholders, an assessment conducted by AFNOR Certification awarded decomatic in September 2018 the status confirmed in the “Committed CSR” approach.

This assessment of the company’s contribution to sustainable development is based on the ISO 26000 standard. For this first assessment under the “Committed CSR” label, décomatic obtains the confirmed level, 2nd highest category.

Full integration of our printing process is carried out considering our ambitious objectives which are to eliminate VOC emissions and to remove aqueous waste .
