{"id":16853,"date":"2023-03-06T10:23:20","date_gmt":"2023-03-06T08:23:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.decomatic-sa.fr\/?p=16853"},"modified":"2023-04-04T13:26:48","modified_gmt":"2023-04-04T11:26:48","slug":"gender-equality-index","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.decomatic-sa.fr\/en\/gender-equality-index\/","title":{"rendered":"GENDER EQUALITY INDEX"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"has-orange-deco-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">What is the Equality Index?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The equality index is an indicator to evaluate the percentage of women and men who have received a pay rise during the year.<br>Companies with more than 50 employees must calculate their index and communicate it in a visible and readable way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This indicator is out of 100 points and is composed of 5 indicators:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gender pay gap. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gap in the distribution of individual increases. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribution gap for promotions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of female employees who receive a raise when they return from maternity leave. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parity among the 10 highest earners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Results below 85 points result in the setting and publication of improvement targets for the 5 indicators.<br>Results below 75 points result in the publication of corrective and remedial measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-orange-deco-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">how to calculate it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is thanks to a simulator-calculator that we can calculate it.
